Work Experience

I have over 11 years of work experience; the majority of that coming in the customer service area. I have my current position as well as past positions I have worked below. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out!

The last five years I have worked as a clubhouse attendant at Lakeshore Golf Course in Oshkosh, WI. In this job I would take tee times, help with customer transactions( such as green fees, and merchandise), answer any course/golf related questions, offer help to golfers who requested, and assisted customers with food and drink. This job was the first where I was able to tie my love of sports, specifically golf, with working with people.

For the past seven years, I have helped my father with his glass business when I had time. In this job I would be in charge of fabricating the frames for windows and doors of the job site(s) we were working on, as well as the installation of the frames and glass once we were on site. This job brought out the perfectionist in me. Building frames to the exact specifications listed on a plan is hard work, but I loved the challenge, and now I can produce, and install quality windows and doors.

From 2009-2014 I worked as a server in one of Oshkosh's most popular restaurants. When I started it was a culture shock; working in such a fast paced, communication orientated environment at 17 years old was a lot to take in. Very quickly, however, I found out that talking to the customers, not just about food and drink, but about them was my favorite aspect of the job. The fast paced environment along with serving up to eight tables at once cultivated the value of time management in myself.

I work in Outbound Sales in the Athletic Department at the University of Arizona. My duties are to call previous ticket buyers and help them move from single game to mini-plan or full season ticket holders.
In addition, I attend home games and develop relationships with ticket holders that lead to season tickets or donations.
